Wedding day survival guide

You've done all the leg work. Now all you want is to have a stress free wedding day, without worrying about what time your vendors will get there or what different family members are in charge of. This is where we could help:

Before the Event:

The consultant meet with the wedding couple on 2 separate occasions to go over their needs and expectations for the wedding day.

On the Day of:

. Consultant, along with an assistant, will be present before your vendors' arrival at the site.
. Keep track of timeline and make sure all party members are ready for the ceremony and reception.
. Cueing the musicians and bridal party of when to play and starts.
. Assist the ceremony officiant.
. Deliver all wedding day accessories, miscellaneous items to the wedding and reception sites.
. Distribute final payments and tips to vendors.
. Supervise and assist with vendor clean up at the end of the evening if need it.
